Preparing for Your Chakra Journey
Begin by placing one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly, taking a breath deep enough to feel your hands rise. As you exhale, let your awareness move from your head into your throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and into your root where your gifts live. Set your intention now to meet each of your energy centers with curiosity and to recognize what has already been moving in you. This episode is a guided chakra meditation that moves from root to crown, pausing at each center to activate the intuitive senses that reside there.
The Guided Meditation Experience
During this guided meditation, we will start in the root and work upward through the seven core chakras, ending at the crown. This meditation focuses on activating your system, your inner guidance, and not attaching anything to the energy centers. It’s about creating greater connection and power in each center, as well as with the chakras above and below each one. If you want to revisit which clairs are connected to which centers, you can visit the wisdom episode. Yet, for this practice, I encourage you to focus on the experience rather than mind knowledge. Allow the process to unfold naturally and know that, for most people, opening psychic abilities and spiritual gifts over time can stabilize the system.
Activating the Root to Crown
We start in the root chakra at the base of the spine by placing your hands at the top of your thighs as we focus on awakening the gifts ready to open. Engage with each chakra, moving energy and breath intentionally. Each step is designed to open your psychic abilities as you move through each core chakra, leading up to the crown.
Integrating the Practice
This meditation allows you to hold your energy powerfully within your system, clarifying and amplifying your soul gifts and psychic powers. Release the practice gently and open to receive any information or instructions available. This might manifest as a sense of calm or specific guidance. Use your body movements to bring your attention back, and over the next hours, pay attention to any signs or guidance you receive.
