Yoga Recode is an alignment-based movement practice that integrates the precision of structural yoga with breathwork, chakra activation, sound healing, martial arts, meditation, and conscious movement to rewrite limiting patterns.

Every session is designed with intention and flow, to build strength where there has been compensation, create mobility where there has been rigidity, and restore the body’s natural intelligence where it has been overridden by stress, injury, or time. The energy medicine woven through each class works the subtle body with breath, movement and sound.

What to expect: Meet and intentional arrival. Guided walking meditation. Light standing energy healing to clear and open. Grounding meditation and breathwork to settle the nervous system. Closing meditation & integration

You’ll leave feeling calm, clear, and more grounded in your body.

This Experience takes place in West Sedona at Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, a quiet, sacred outdoor temple at the base of Thunder Mountain. Meditation, reflection, and spiritual connection, in a naturally peaceful environment.

We’ll meet at a the entrance and take a short walk and allow you to connect and receive in a grounded and epic setting.

Women’s Healing Circle in Sedona

Sedona is one of the most powerful energy centers on earth. And when a group of women gather with intention, to move, breathe, open, connect and speak truth – profound alignment and activation are possible.

Sedona amplifies everything. Three hours of intentional embodiment work here adds momentum to your manifestations, clarity to your consciousness, and creates what you most desire in life.

This is for women who want their time together to be life changing. Who want to leave better. Friendships deepened. Purpose clarified. Bodies awake. Every woman seen and held by the ones she loves most.

This is ideal for a sacred bachelorette celebration; a true initiation for the bride and the women who love her.

Example Flow of the Women’s Healing Circle

Opening circle and intentions: 30 minutes to arrive and ground together. We set the tone for what we’re calling in together.

Yoga and meditation: 75 minutes  to move with intentional breath, dynamic postures, and meditative guidance to release energetic blocks, reconnect with inner wisdom, and arrive fully in your body. A sacred exploration of your internal landscape; move, breathe, and be fully alive in your most authentic self.

Sound healing and breathwork: 60 minutes Crystal bowls create a sonic landscape that penetrates beyond the physical. Each frequency harmonizes your body’s energy centers, dissolves emotional tension, and activates your innate healing potential. You emerge renewed, realigned, and deeply connected.

Closing ceremony: 15 minutes to seal what shifted. Honor every woman in the circle.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Sedona Embodied Experience requires 48 hours notice.

If weather conditions are unsuitable for an outdoor session, your session will be rescheduled or moved to an indoor location when available.
